Hi, I'm Ani.
Ani's Vegan Bakes began as a dream to contribute high-quality, vegan baking to my community.
I've been plant-based to varying degrees my whole life and find joy in creating delicous, exceptional vegan bakes. A couple of years into my Master's in Literature degree at CU Boulder, I decided to take the leap and start my small baking business to support myself while I finish my degree.
